Hm, well I might as well explain a couple things then.
I'm an administrator here for 2ko, one of three to be precise. There are also about 2 active moderators (well, one is having computer issues right now) here that you can look for in case one needs to be contacted.
Now, my job mainly goes for maintaining the forum and keeping spam off the boards here. I do not ban anyone for posting spam myself, as I usually just blacklist the site anyway. (I'll consider posting a public list probably of everything that is blacklisted) So, if someone posts a link and it gets blocked, that's all it will do, no ban or anything.
The "CP" stuff, I do indeed ban on sight for. Its illegal for one thing, and I will report to authorities to anyone who posts it, or links to it. Plain and simple on that one.
If there are any questions, then do feel free to email me and I'll do my best to answer them.

umm dragonquest games they are, ive only played one of them...cure of the (sometbing) king it think. are monsters bestiality? its sort of fantasy, and definitely loli? so if i posted wrong place sorry.
on animetc i ggot banned for posting a link to a site with some lolicon i found which i wanted to share (since3 others on the place expressed an interest) but i didnt want to spend several hours posting jpgs individually, and my two attempts to set up a download seem to have been short term or messed up. so i post a link to an org which is hentai but with an e in front (note im not risking being banned by just posting the link) which theres no indication of being blacklisted and bam! 60 minute posting ban. completely unjust. no 'warning, you've attempted to post a banned site/link do it again and u r banned'. thats what my complaint was about.
the cp (nothing to do with me) was posted separately by someone else and ppl kept complaining in those threads thus resurrecting them to the top until admin removed them. i had this explained by admin there so i knnew not to do it, and the rules make it plain those ppl who persist in posting the cp, or in the thread of it, are being reported, and banned. i was banned for a hentai link which they have a sepaate problem with, and nothing at all to do with cp. i understand (reading this thread) why u might have mistaken why i was banned (thinking it was illegal activity) so im making it clear now i do NOT support cp.
i had a pretty f@~ked up childhood, which i didnt really want to share here but i feel i must now to clear my name here. yes as a kid i had sex (kinda sorta) with other ppl. almost all the stuff the adults made us do with them was painful, or confusing, or frightening, or all of them. the stuff with other kids, i wont go into. but it meant if i see cp, theres a chance it'll be me in the image one day. thats not something i can easily deal with even having to explain it, but it means i know what at least some and probably all of the kids in cp have gone through- AND SHOULDNT. its not a simple black and white issue, i know. iv been at the sharp end...and it's left its mark in my love for lolicon (and my sister...but lets not go there today) so i DONT have anything to do with cp - except having to completely wipe my browsing history and temp files if the bastards post any. i don't know if my posts on animetc against cp and supporting the admins are still there, but if they are it should be evvident im not in favour of cp. i dont judge though. i may be angry about some stuff from back then, but if i judge them, i have to judge me...and legally at least it could be im not much better liking loli stuff...sorry for the mega downer. im gonna take my antidepressant today, and try to deal with the post traumatic shit cos it'll be baad tonight.

I actually don't use any bandwidth on the images, but i still do about 15gb of data transfer a month for this site.

About the image resizer, now I have one. lol. Just need to implement the smaller cover pages now ^_^

Well, even if you already have one, I'll post 2 that I use. =P
For single images, or if I'm doing like up to 5, I use Paint Shop Pro for image resizing. If I'm doing a batch work (like avatars for instance, which goes up to 50+), I use Windows Power Toys since Micro**** has an image resize toy that's pretty handy. (right click an image, then resize)
