Hey im already back in the internet after almost 2 years and its like i never seen the inet before D:

My question: Is there already already a english version of the Eroge game Neko kawaiigari aka Dote up a cat?

I allways hoped, someone patch it up to english

I don't think one is being worked on at the moment. I pay attention to a few novel translation, and I've noticed two went abandoned so far. Nursery Rhyme is one, don't remember the other.

Yep a friend told me about a translate project of the neko Eroge Pure Pure but they suddenly stopped working. I think there is only one chapter translated :(

That is correct. Actually, part of Chapter 2 is translated as well, but I think its either stalled or dead now. Was looking forward to it since not only do I have the discs for Pure Pure, but Nekokawaii Girl too.. (and trust me, they weren't easy to get)
