Not from an anime it is actually from a game called Guilty Gear XX. A 2-D fighting game. That was a promo trailer they released; there is no actual anime. The whole trailer is less than five minutes long and that scene is of the character, Jam Kuradoberi kicking some guys out of her restaurant.

thats Jam Karobrai from Guilty Gear X2. Sweet game i am a rabid fan of the series but thats pretty much all it boils down to is just the game and a few pics. that character Bridget that you see a lot (The blond haired boy in the blue nun outfit) is also from Guilty Gear as well
