This is about one of the strangest pictures I've seen in a while.
It appears to be from Lucky Star, probably a doujin or something. That's what it looks like to me anyway. I do know that the girl (the top right image pane) is Konata Izumi. Don't know about the infant.

It's a stand alone picture. That's Konata discovering a picture of her infant self getting raped. The joke is that, in the show, her pervy dad is never insinuated to have acted on his impulses.
