That's S.H.O.D.A.N. from System Shock. And, just for the record, S.H.O.D.A.N.'s sex is debatable. While the audio for S.H.O.D.A.N. is most definatley a female voice in both SShock 1 and 2 and "she" has an effeminate facial structure in SShock 2, the manual for SShock 1 always refers to "her" as a male and her face appears more or less asexual in her transmission logs, though this could be caused by graphical limitations in the first game.
